Kokoy Quinones

 I’m a self-taught photographer and I have been doing art for 25 years. I worked as press photographer and cameraman for TV culture news and also into international Films and TV productions.

My father is a biologist and I grew up with an ecological conscience, this is the reason why my art speaks about the responsibility that we have towards our planet.

In the last years my art photography is completely experimental and abstract. I like the audience to feel attracted by the power of the image and at the same time I want to produce an impression and conscience in all the people who witness my art.

Soy fotógrafo autodidacta y tengo 25 años como artista. Trabajé como fotógrafo y camarógrafo de prensa para la TV cultural e incluso en producciones internacionales de cine y televisión.

Mi padre es biólogo y marcó una conciencia ecológica en mí y es por eso que mis obras hablan de la responsabilidad que tenemos con el cuidado de nuestro planeta.

En los últimos años mi fotografía ha sido experimental y abstracta. Me gusta que el espectador sea atraído por el poder de la imagen y también crear una impresión y conciencia en toda la gente que la observa.
